Dr. Thamer Rommani

Dr. Thamer Rommani is an orthopedic and traumatology specialist currently practicing with the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia, since 2023. He began his medical career as a general practitioner with the Ministry of Health (2007–2012), working as an ER physician and quality coordinator for the emergency and medical services department, and served as Head of the ER Department at Mina Al-Jesser Hospital during Hajj season 2011. He then trained in Germany for six years (2017–2023), completing the German Board in Orthopedics and Traumatology through a medical training program at Olgahospital and Katharinenhospital, Klinikum Stuttgart, with rotations in orthopedic and traumatology, pediatric orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgical ICU. He returned to the Ministry of Health as an orthopedic specialist upon completing this training. Dr. Rommani graduated with an MBBS from Umm Al-Qura University (UQU), Makkah, in 2007. He holds BCLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications and a German medical license (Approbation). He is fluent in Arabic and English, and speaks German at a C1 level.
