Dr. Ahmad Atif Kalantn

Dr. Ahmad Atif Kalantn is a Saudi Board–certified orthopedic surgeon practicing at the Senior Registrar level in Makkah. He completed a five-year Saudi Board–accredited orthopedic residency in the Western Region, with structured training in trauma and emergency orthopedics, arthroplasty, sports and upper limb surgery, spine, pediatric orthopedics, and musculoskeletal oncology. He earned his MBBS from Umm Al-Qura University and completed his rotating internship in Saudi Arabia before beginning his orthopedic training. During his residency he served as Chief Resident of Orthopedic Surgery for the Makkah Region. His clinical experience spans emergency and elective orthopedic surgery with progressive operative responsibility, and he has co-authored peer-reviewed publications on sport-related spinal cord injuries and outcomes after total hip and knee arthroplasty. He holds AO Trauma, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Saudi Trauma Life Support (STLS) certifications.
